I was born and raised in Houston, TX and am so happy to be in the Golden Isles! I've been pet sitting professionally since 2012 and can say that I really love my job! I started out working in HR for an oil and gas company but quickly realized my passion was somewhere else. So I decided to start pet sitting and I've been doing it ever since! My husband and I are obsessed with our sweet fur son, Scout. He's our German Shepherd and we can't help but spoil him.

Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up my family fostered greyhounds from Greyhound Rescue. Being around this really showed me how powerful the relationship between animals and humans can be. I have carried this with me into my own life, volunteering with the Guide Dog Foundation in college. Going forward I can’t envision a future where I am not working with animals. I have been working with the group Alliance of Therapy Dogs, and have since been blessed to have met a woman who shares my passion. I also work as an Officer in the U.S. Navy's Strategic Sealift Officer Program as a marine engineer. The opportunity to start Underwood Pet Sitting with my wife has been the most exciting part of my life so far and I can’t wait to get started earning your trust.

"We recently used Underwood Pet Sitting for our 4 dogs while we were in town for my sister's wedding. We have used pet sitters in the past, but I've never felt truly comfortable leaving my fur babies with anyone until we met Kendall! She sent us great updates so we could relax while we weren't with them. She left us an awesome report card so we knew everyone's status upon our return. The dogs were so relaxed and happy with her.
